Anthony Michaels is a widely admired tattoo artist who competed in the seventh season of Spike TV’s reality show Ink Master. He won the competition and the $100,000 prize due to his creative talent and technical skill. He was also very popular with the television audience. Anthony has always been an in-demand artist, but after taking part in Ink Master, with an average of 1.8 million viewers, he now receives dozens of email requests for his work daily, and his schedule is booked for months in advance. Anthony is based at Metro Tattoo in Tucson, Arizona where he lives with his family.

Josh Murphy serves as Senior Vice President of Development at Pilgrim Media Group. Josh has developed an array of television programming for Pilgrim including The Wheel and Street Outlaws (Discovery), The Hustlers (truTV), and Missing In Alaska (History). Prior to his current post, Josh held development executive positions at Leftfield Pictures and Flower Films. He began his career working in current programming and scripted drama development at CBS Television Studios. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Media Arts Producing from the University of Arizona.

Ryane Belafsky is a freelance reality TV Producer, currently working on the popular TLC series, OutDaughtered. She has worked in the unscripted TV business for almost a decade, contributing to all facets of development and production. At various times she has been responsible for pre-production, field production, story production, and post production. Ryane’s portfolio of work includes the hit series Last Comic Standing (NBC), BattleBots (CBS), Are You the One (MTV), Face Off (SyFy), and Project Runway Junior (Lifetime). Ryane earned a B.A. in Media Arts at the University of Arizona.

Nir Caspi is a non-scripted TV agent at WME. He represents production companies and producers, including Critical Content (Catfish, The Case of: JonBenet Ramsey), GRB Entertainment (Intervention), and Screaming Flea (Hoarders). He also represents documentary filmmakers like Fisher Stevens (The Cove) and Brian McGinn (Amanda Knox, Chef’s Table), and talent such as Danny Koker (Counting Cars) and Kristine Leahy (American Ninja Warrior). A graduate of the University of Arizona, Caspi earned a B.A. in Finance.
